GV II

House and servants quarters associated with Bochym Manor House qv. Circa 1850. Serpentine rubble walls with granite sills and lintels. Scantle slate roofs with serpentine ashlar chimneys over gable ends and over cross walls of wing. 2-room plan central entry house, with service range at rear left, which is integral with a range of service accommodation beyond and linked to rear gable end of Bochym Manor House qv. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window south front with original 2-light casements with latticed wooden glazing bars. Central doorway with ledged door and gabled hood wits arch braced and shaped wooden bargeboard. Rear right elevation has similar windows to front. Interior partly inspected and retains much original carpentry and joinery.
