Description

The garden walls and remains of a dovecote, dating from the 18th century, are located to the east of Croan. The structure features high stone rubble walls that enclose three sides of a garden area, which is roughly rectangular in shape, measuring approximately 8 metres by 16 metres. The walls, which have been unroofed and topped with slate caps, are situated directly south of the dovecote's remains. Each wall displays several lines of pigeon holes on their inner faces.
