Description

St Eia is a cottage dating from the 18th or 19th century, constructed of painted rubble. It stands two storeys high and features two sash windows with glazing bars. To the left, there is a panelled and glazed door. The end walls are hung with slate, and the roof is a hipped design made of slurried slate. This building has group value with Nos 17, 19, and 21.
