Description

No. 12 Digey Street is an 18th and 19th century building. It is constructed of coursed granite, and stands three storeys high with an attic. The front has three windows, which are sash windows without glazing bars, along with a small, modern shop window with plate glass. The roof is hipped and covered with slurried slate, and it features two dormers. The building contributes to the group value of the listed buildings from Nos. 12 to 32 (even) on Digey Street.
