Description

This early 19th-century post office is a three-storey building of painted brick. It features three sash windows, with the first floor lacking glazing bars. The shopfront is of the 19th century and includes flat pilasters. The side elevation is of painted rubble with two sash windows. A steep slate hipped roof tops the structure. The building forms a group with numbers 1 to 4 on St George's Square.
