Description

The Seafood Bar is an early to mid-19th century building that was originally a fish store with a net loft above. It is constructed of rubble, now covered in roughcast, and has three storeys. The building features four sash windows without glazing bars, which are set beneath segmental arches. The loft doors have been blocked. There is a small modern shop front, and the roof is slate with a hipped end. This building is included in the listing for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings on Oliver's Quay, along with Nos 7 and 9 Cliff Street.
