Description

The Lime Kiln at the south end of the beach by the harbour wall in Polkerris is a 19th-century structure. It is built of stone rubble with slightly tapered sides and features a shaped stone cornice. The sides have brick-lined archways. This kiln is part of a group of listed buildings in Polkerris, which together create a cohesive village character.
