Description

Point Cottage is a house in a terrace, built in the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior that replaces the original stucco and features an asbestos slate roof with brick stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall. The symmetrical front has three original hornless sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a central doorway that contains a 20th-century door. A 20th-century lean-to conservatory extends almost the full width of the front. The interior has not been inspected.
