Description
Curlew Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on Tyringham Road, Porthgwidden, near Lelant. It is one of several cottages forming a group with Wheal Vor, Porthgwidden, and St Uny’s Cottage. The cottage is constructed of rubble, and it is painted. It is two storeys high with three windows, the central one being blocked. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars. The central entrance has a glazed door. The roof is covered with slates and has gable ends. The building has group value due to its association with the surrounding properties.
