Description

Tregarthen is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Church Road in Lelant. It features coursed masonry with granite lintels and quoins, and is two storeys high. The façade includes three sash windows without glazing bars, a central glazed door with a rectangular fanlight, and a porch supported by slender columns that hold up an entablature. The roof is slate and has gable ends.
