Description

Duluth Cottage is an early 18th-century building located on the east side of Church Road in Lelant. It is constructed of painted rubble and stands two storeys tall. The cottage features five windows, which are 19th-century sashes with vertical glazing bars. There is a modern glazed door, and the roof is made of slurried slate with gable ends. A datestone on the building reads "ES 1724".
