Description
Perranwell Bridge is a road bridge over a stream, built around the early 19th century. It is constructed from shale rubble, featuring dressed granite starlings, quoins, voussoirs, and copings. The bridge has three spans with small, equal round arches and cutwaters on both the upstream and downstream sides. It has a plain, level parapet with hogsback copings. This bridge is notably low and spans a wide stream that was previously forded, showcasing a simple yet attractive design.
