Description
The garden walls located immediately to the south, southeast, and east of Tresungers, along with a flight of steps leading up to the terrace on the east, date from the 17th and 19th centuries. These stone rubble walls enclose the garden in front of Tresungers. There is a flight of seven granite steps on the right side of the house that leads up to the first terrace, with an additional flight of steps leading to a second terrace above the house. The front of the house features much dressed stone and carved granite, which may be remnants of a demolished right-hand range. Local traditions suggest that this stonework could have been transported to Tresungers from Bodannon Manor when it was demolished.
