Description
This is a cross located approximately 10 metres south of the Church of St Sennen. It dates back to before the Conquest and is made of granite. The cross is a monolithic wheel-head that has been reset over the entrance to the churchyard. The visible face features a Greek cross in relief, which is connected to an outer rim, creating four quadrants in between. This cross is noted in the book "Granite Crosses of West Cornwall" by Laura Rowe and is designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument 758.
