Description

Well House, located 40 metres south-east of the Parish Church of St Winwalaus, is a well-house dating from the 17th century or later. It features rubble stone walls and a barrel-shaped roof. The entrance has a roughly dressed lintel that is slightly arched, with dressed jambs. The face-hung door is missing. The structure is built into a field bank to enclose a natural spring, situated by the road opposite the churchyard.
