Description

CAMELFORD VICTORIA ROAD, Camelford SX 1083-1183 8/93 Gate piers and garden wall to south - of No. 3 Manor Farm GV II

Pair of gate piers and enclosing wall to garden. Circa C17 partly extended in C20. The gate piers are granite monoliths, square-on-plan with moulded bases and cornices and with ball-finials on top. The circa C17 garden wall to the front right and left of No. 3 Manor Farm (qv) is of stone rubble with dressed granite quoins and granite coping which is raked towards the front. The garden wall has been extended in the C20 with a lower stone rubble wall to the front. The gate piers may have been resited when the garden was extended.
