Description
This is an open-fronted cart shed located 15 metres to the east of Oldhay Farmhouse, dating from around the mid-19th century. It is constructed from stone rubble with granite quoins and features a rag slate roof. The roof has gable ends for the higher cart shed on the left and a lower roof for the adjoining range on the right.
The overall plan is rectangular, consisting of a two-bay open-fronted cart shed on the left and a lower range on the right, which includes an open-fronted bay to the left and a small store to the right. The building is single storey, with a central granite pier in both the left and right ranges. There is also a plank door and a reset carved window frame to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
