Description

Nos 5 and 6 on The Cliff in Mevagissey are 19th-century buildings that have been modernised. They feature roughcast and joint-lined cement rendering with rusticated quoins. The structures are two storeys tall with an attic and have three sash windows that lack glazing bars, each with keyblocks. A central glazed door is topped by a narrow rectangular fanlight. The buildings also have a hipped dormer with slate hung sides and a slate hipped roof. These buildings are included for their group value, as they contribute to a cohesive group of listed buildings on the north side of the harbour.
