2. C19. Modernised. Roughcast and joint-lined cement rendering. Rusticated quoins. 2 storeys and attic. 3 sash windows without glazing bars, keyblocks. Central glazed door with narrow rectangular fanlight. Hipped dormer with slate hung sides, Slate hipped roof. Included for group value.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side of the harbour.
