Description

The steps, settles, stile, and coffin rest located approximately 5 metres north-west of the Church of St Levan date back to 1794. Constructed from dressed granite, the structure features a wide gateway that is accessed by a flight of six steps. This leads to a grid stile, which has been filled in, and is flanked by two stone settles. In the middle, there is a coffin rest, with the settles having high granite ashlar backs.
