Nos. 52 to 56, Lostwithiel Street, form a group and are valued for their contribution to the character of the street. These properties date from the early to mid-19th century. The south-west elevation of Nos. 52 and 54 is constructed of painted rubble, with two storeys and four sash windows on the first floor, featuring glazing bars. The ground floor has panelled doors with bolection moulding and narrow, rectangular fanlights above.
