ALTARNUN TRETHINNA SX 28 SW 4/112 Cattle shed 10 metres to north of - Trethinna Farmhouse

GV II

Cattle shed early C19. Stone rubble. Rag slate roof with canted end on left and gable end on right. Plan: Overall rectangular plan, open-fronted, originally of seven bays. Exterior: Single storey open fronted cattle shed. Roughly cut granite posts, the bays between partly infilled with concrete blocks. The shed faces onto the farmyard of Trethinna Farm and the rear elevation, which is particularly unspoilt, is very close to Trethinna Farmhouse (qv).
