Description

The Killigrew Monument is a memorial located in Falmouth, erected in 1737 and moved for the second time in 1871. It was commissioned by Martin Killigrew in memory of Sir Peter Killigrew of Arwenack. The monument is made of dressed granite and features a steep pyramidal obelisk that stands 13 meters high on a stepped square base.
