Description

The St Ives Arts Club is a mid-19th century building that was converted from a corn mill. It is prominently located on the sea wall and measures approximately 40 feet square. The ground floor is constructed of uncoursed rubble, while the first floor features tarred boards. The roof is hipped and covered with slurried slates. The building has irregular window arrangements, with 20th-century casements and double-hung sashes, as well as dormers. The St Ives Arts Club, along with Nos 3 and 5, forms a group of buildings.
