Description
This is a late 18th-century house located in Cardinham, Bunny’s Hill. The house is constructed of granite and slate rubble, with the left side rendered. It has a slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, and gable end stacks with rubble shafts, the left of which is rendered. Originally, the plan was based around two rooms with a central entrance, each room heated by a stack at the gable end. A 20th-century addition has been added to the rear. The front elevation is two storeys and symmetrical, with a two-window arrangement. All windows are 20th-century replacements featuring 16 panes, and the ground floor windows are set within cambered stone arches with keystones. A central plank door is topped with a semi-circular hood supported by wooden posts. The left side of the building is blank, while the right side incorporates a 20th-century garage. The interior has not been inspected.
