Description

The churchyard cross, located about 2 metres south of the south aisle of the Church of St Bartholomew in Warleggan, is a medieval granite monolith standing approximately 1.5 metres high. The shaft is roughly hewn and features a wheelhead with a raised carved Maltese cross on both the front and rear of the head. The head is partly mutilated and seems to have been repurposed as a gate pier.
