Description

The bridge located to the southeast of St Protus' Cross is a road bridge that spans a tributary of the River Camel. It dates from around the 19th century and is constructed from stone rubble. The bridge features a roughly cut lintel on the east side and a dressed stone round arch on the west side. The stone rubble parapets are topped with granite coping. A late 17th century map of Blisland Churchtown, held in the Royal Institution Library in Truro, shows the site of the Manor Mill directly to the west of this bridge.
