Description

Sunnyside is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of slate stone rubble with a slate roof featuring half hipped ends and brick end stacks. The building likely has a double depth plan, consisting of two larger reception rooms at the front, which are heated by end stacks. There is a cloam oven projection on the right, an almost central cross passage, and two small service rooms at the rear. The house is two storeys tall and has a symmetrical three-window front, with possibly late 19th century or early 20th century four-pane horned sashes on both the ground and first floors. The entrance features an almost central 19th century four-panel door, sheltered by a porch made of large slate slabs. The interior has not been inspected.
