Description
The Lang monument is a headstone located in the churchyard about 8 metres west of the tower of the Church of St. James. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of slate. The headstone features a segmental top with a carved cherub's head with wings at the apex, along with a valedictory quatrain. It commemorates Daniel Lang, who passed away in 1788.
