Description
33 and 35 St Austell Road is an early 19th-century building constructed with coursed stonework. It stands two storeys high and features three sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance has a panelled and glazed door topped by a large rectangular fanlight. A moulded stone eaves cornice adds detail to the roofline, which is slate and hipped. Both end walls have round-headed sashes with "Gothic" tracery. Number 33 is similar to number 35 and they were originally part of a single building that formed an H plan.
