Description
This is a headstone located 4 metres from the southeast corner of the south aisle of the Church of St Endelienta. It dates from between 1767 and 1783 and commemorates Mary George, the wife of John George of Pernant, who died in 1767, along with their daughters Mary, who died in 1777, another Mary who died in 1780, and Elizabeth who died in 1783. It also memorializes John George of Trearac, who died in 1781. The headstone is made of slate and features rectangular shape with lower case lettering that has serifs, and an angel's head above the inscription.
