Description

This is a headstone located 20 meters to the west of the west tower of the Church of St Endelienta. It was erected in 1876 in memory of Caroline, the daughter of William Cock and Mary Jane Phillips, who died in 1876, and William Chalk, who died in 1899. The headstone is made of slate and is rectangular in shape, designed in a Gothic style. It features a trefoil cusped panel, a moulded cornice, and extensive carved decoration. It is similar in design to the headstone of Kate Keat, which is located 5 meters to the south.
