Description

Latchbrook House is a building dating from around 1800, located on the south side of Liskeard Road. It is now somewhat isolated by the new A38 road. The house is two storeys high and consists of two sections. The southern part is slate hung and features a modillion cornice with four windows that have glazing bar sashes. There is a glazed porch to the left of the centre. The northern part is lower and rendered, with three windows, also with glazing bar sashes, and a central door. The roofs are slate, and the side part of the house has a lateral chimney at the rear.
