Description

Reperry Cross is a cross that dates back to before the Conquest and was restored in the 19th century by Sir Robert Edgcumbe, Baronet. It is made of granite and features a wheelhead that is approximately one metre high, set into the bank. The wheelhead is roughly hewn and has a raised Latin cross carved on both the front and the rear. The shaft is chamfered and tapered. This site is also designated as an ancient monument, number 193.
