Description
Porthpean House is a large stucco house from the mid-19th century, featuring two and three storeys with a total of nine windows. The semi-circular end bays contain three windows each, while the central section, likely dating from the late 18th century, is three windows wide. The windows are sashes set in moulded architraves without glazing bars, and some ground floor windows have moulded hoods supported by console brackets. The building has a parapet with a moulded cornice and a slate roof. There is a rusticated side entrance, and the rear includes 18th-century stonework along with later additions.
