Description

The premises adjoining the northeast of the Masonic Hall, formerly Government Offices, date from the early 19th century. The building is three stories tall and features a pebble-dash exterior. It has three windows, with the center window slightly projecting forward. The design includes a heavy cornice and parapet, as well as string courses and end pilasters. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and plain architraves. There is a wide central doorway flanked by flat pilasters, leading to large double doors. The Masonic Hall and these premises, along with numbers 4 and 5, form a group.
