Description
Nos. 7, 8, and 9 Bathurst Parade are a terrace of three houses built in the early 19th century, with later alterations and extensive restoration around 1981. The houses are constructed of stucco with limestone dressings, and the roof is not visible. They feature a double-depth plan and are designed in a late Georgian style. Each house has two storeys and a basement, with a one-window range. The front facades are parapeted and include left-hand semicircular-arched doorways that have keys and imposts, 20th-century fanlights, and six-panel doors. The windows consist of large keys to 20th-century six-over-six pane sashes, with three-over-six panes in the basement. The interior has not been inspected.
