Description

A pair of attached houses located on Cotham Vale in Bristol, dating to the late 18th century. The houses are built with roughcast render, have a rendered gable stack, and a pantile roof. They follow a double-depth plan and are constructed in a late Georgian style. The houses are three storeys high with a basement, and have a two-window front. The symmetrical front features a parapet, a coped gable, and a pitched-roof porch containing 20th-century doors. The windows are 6/6-pane horned sash windows, becoming smaller on the top floor, with a single metal casement to the right on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
