Description

The perimeter walls, piers, gates, and railings surrounding the churchyard of St Mary Redcliffe date from the 18th century. They are constructed from limestone ashlar, Pennant rubble, and wrought- and cast-iron. The design features square piers topped with fluted caps and an oval flower, along with Pennant wheel stops. The spear-headed railings include urns on the newels to the south, and there are rubble walls to the east.
