Description

This is a mid-19th century warehouse located on Redcliff Backs, Bristol. It is constructed of brick with limestone and Pennant ashlar details, topped with a tiled hipped roof. The building has an open-plan interior, which has not been inspected. It rises six stories and originally had a three-window range. The ashlar facing of the left-hand side remains from a previous building. The river front is characterized by four full-height recessed bays with a diagonally-set brick top. It features segmental-arched narrow windows, wider windows to the left, and taller doorways to the right, all with stone cills. A stone band runs below the ramped parapet. The rear elevation, overlooking Redcliff Backs, is similar in design.
