Double-depth plan. Early Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys; 5-window range. No.12 is a C20 facsimile of No.10; each has quoins to a timber modillion eaves cornice and coped gables. Inner Tuscan pedimented doorcases, flat brick arched windows with keys to 6/6-pane sashes, and 3 dormers. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt c1970. Included for its group value.
