Description
Tramore is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with a 19th-century extension. It has a rendered exterior, brick chimney stacks, and a slate hipped roof. The building has a T-shaped double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, featuring a five-window range. The front has a parapet, while the sides have eaves. A single-storey bay, dating from the early 19th century, projects from the left side of the front. The windows are 6/6-pane sashes with thick glazing bars and flush boxes, and there is a tented verandah on the ground floor of the left-hand bay. The left-hand return elevation features windows with interlacing heads and gabled dormers. The interior has not been inspected. A notable feature is the covered walkway with an elliptical-arched roof that connects the entrance gate to the front door.
