Description

Chine Pines is a building located on Christchurch Road, dating back to around 1876. It is almost identical to No 26, which is described elsewhere. The building features a good openwork iron railing with a traceried pattern on openwork brackets surrounding the ground floor of the bow window. Although the chimney stacks have been removed, the arched bases still remain. There is a flat-roofed addition at the south-west corner. The building was formerly known as Tytherley.
