Description
St Mark's Church of England Primary School, located at 254 and 256 Lymington Road in Highcliffe, is a mid-19th century building. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate roof. The facade is L-shaped and consists of three sections. The schoolhouse, situated to the west, is two storeys high and features two casement windows, a fretted barge board on the gable, and a gabled wooden porch. The central part of the school, which connects to the house on the east, is a single storey with two large casement windows. The advanced one-storey cross wing on the eastern side also has a fretted barge board on the gable and one large casement window. All windows are adorned with dripstone moulds.
