Description

The Lodge to Greystones, built between 1911 and 1912, was designed by architect E S Prior. It features rusticated stone with a tiled roof and a tall red brick central chimney. The building is one and a half storeys high, typically with two ground floor windows. The first-floor windows are integrated into the roof, which is shaped to create a tile-hung wall around them. The casement windows have leaded glazing, and there is one window on each facade of the first floor. Greystones and Greystones Lodge are part of a group.
