Description

This is a street lamp located at the south end of the centre walk in Thames Mews, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and features a round plinth with a decorated panel, a band with shells, and the arms of Poole above. Below the column, there is an enriched band, and the column itself has decorative spiral binding. The lamp has scrolled brackets and a tapered square shape topped with a cap and finial.
