Description

Rose Cottage is a house dating back to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of rubble with a double Roman tiled roof featuring coped raised verges. The house is two storeys high and originally had two windows and a central door. The windows are now 20th-century 3-light casements, and the door is also 20th-century, set within a modern projecting porch. A large projecting stair tower is visible on the rear elevation. The building is of group value.
