Description
10 Princes Street is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar, with the roof not visible from the street. The building has a narrow frontage and is double depth, with the entrance located to the left.

It includes six-over-six sash windows in plain reveals, above a small basement window that is partially above grating level. The entrance is a six-panel door topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. There is a narrow band at the first floor level, where the windows are also six-over-six sashes with architrave surrounds. Another narrow band is present at the second floor level, which features six-over-three sashes in architraves. The building is topped with a cornice and parapet. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior has not been inspected.
