Description

This is a small, late 18th or early 19th century workshop or shop, likely with living accommodation above. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a pantile roof. The exterior features two storeys and a single window. The upper floor has a small, modified sash window above a ground floor with a small and large fixed window. A 20th-century door is located to the left and right of the ground floor windows, which are set beneath a full-width wood lintel and platband. Plain eaves run along the low-pitched roof. The interior has not been inspected, but it may have originally included a carriage entry or been used as a workshop. A former listing description mentions a flush-panelled door with a lionhead knocker on the left side.
