Description
Prospect House and the adjoining cottage are two houses located on Seven Acres Lane in Batheaston. Prospect House dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century and is constructed of ashlar stone with a slate roof set behind a parapet and cornice. It has three storeys and features two glazing bar sash windows. There is a 20th-century door to the left. The adjoining cottage, which is to the left of Prospect House, dates from the early 18th century and is built of rubble with a modern tiled roof that has coped raised verges. This cottage has two storeys and includes two windows, which are two- and three-light casements with moulded stone mullions beneath a cornice. There is also a 20th-century door to the left of the cottage.
