The house has a double depth plan and stands two storeys tall. The front has a single-window layout with a recessed entrance bay. On the first floor, there is a two-over-two pane sash window, while the ground floor has a plate glass sash window with a cornice supported by consoles above it. The right side of the house includes six-over-six pane sash windows that flank a two-storey porch, which has a parapet and cornice. Above the porch, there is a two-over-two pane sash window with a cornice on consoles over a five-panel door that is glazed at the top. This house is located at the east end of a terrace of three houses that are positioned at a right angle to the street. The interior has not been inspected.
